Just before the start of the Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix weekend, the new extension of the Founders Lounge at Circuit Zandvoort officially opened.

Located in the heart of the circuit, the extension adds almost 1,000 m² to the existing Founders Lounge. It also marks the beginning of a broader vision for future expansion. The design was developed to create a premium hospitality environment with maximum connection to the race track. At the same time, it maintains flexibility for future use and growth.

One of the main features is the approximately 480 m² roof terrace. From this elevated position, guests have an unobstructed 360-degree view across the circuit. This creates a unique experience during race weekends and other events.

The ground floor includes a spacious reception area that forms the main entrance to the lounge. From here, visitors enter an open interior space with a clear height of approximately 3.5 metres. This gives the building a generous and high-end appearance. The open layout also provides flexibility for different hospitality concepts, events and guest configurations.

A rooftop bar completes the experience, combining hospitality, views and atmosphere in one distinctive location.

The extension was designed as more than just additional floor space. It strengthens the identity of the Founders Lounge and creates a flexible platform for future development. Moreover, its combination of high-quality hospitality, open spaces, panoramic views and adaptability makes it suitable for both Formula 1 weekends and a wide range of other events throughout the year.

With this extension, the Founders Lounge takes an important next step in its development as one of the premium hospitality locations at Circuit Zandvoort.
