Regina Coeli Taleninstituut restaurant

For Regina Coeli, also know as the nuns of Vught, during the renovation of their main restaurant, it was essential to continue offering clients the same high-quality experience they were used to. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were prepared and served in this temporary location and the adjacent dining area.

To achieve this, a full-service restaurant was built on the outdoor terrace — complete with hot and cold kitchens, storage facilities, and a dishwashing area. Construction began at the end of November and the facility was fully operational by New Year’s Day.

Over the course of two months, the temporary structure was in full use. Once the renovation was completed, the temporary building was dismantled and the terrace was restored to its original condition.
